Industrial Park “Bila Tserkva 2” has been created on the territory of Shkarivka Village Council of Bilotserkivskyi district in Kyiv region and was included in the Register of Industrial Parks on October 04, 2018.
The creation of the industrial park has been initiated by “Bila Tserkva 2” Industrial Park LLC.
The management company is Industrial Park Management LLC (the agreement on the creation and operation of the industrial park was signed on May 06, 2020).
The total area of the industrial park is 34.7 hectares.
The period for which the industrial park is created: 50 years.
The purpose of Industrial Park “Bila Tserkva” is to ensure economic development and increase the competitiveness of Bila Tserkva in Kyiv region and Ukraine in general, to intensify investment activities, increase the level of employment, develop modern production and market infrastructure.
The functional purpose of the industrial park is as follows:
production of food and non-alcoholic beverages;
consumer goods industry (textile production, clothing production);
production of paper and paper products;
warehousing;
other industries compatible with those specified above in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
According to the expected results of the industrial park functioning, it is planned to create about 1100 new job opportunities.
