Industrial Park “Bila Tserkva” has been created on the territory of Shkarivka Village Council of Bilotserkivskyi district in Kyiv region and was included in the Register of Industrial Parks on April 13, 2018.
The creation of the industrial park has been initiated by “Bila Tserkva 1” Industrial Park LLC.
The management company is Industrial Park Management LLC (the agreement on the creation and operation of the industrial park was signed on May 06, 2020).
The total area of the industrial park is 24 hectares.
The period for which the industrial park is created: 50 years.
The purpose of Industrial Park “Bila Tserkva” is to ensure economic development and increase the competitiveness of Bila Tserkva in Kyiv region and Ukraine in general, to intensify investment activities, increase the level of employment, develop modern production and market infrastructure.
The functional purpose of the industrial park is as follows:
mechanical engineering and metalworking;
consumer goods and food industry;
woodworking and furniture industry;
other industries compatible with the above.
According to the expected results of the industrial park functioning, it is planned to create about 3000 new job opportunities.
The enterprises located on the territory of the industrial park are united into three clusters:a production cluster, a logistics cluster, and a construction cluster.
The industrial park belongs to the UFuture projects.
As of the beginning of 2020, six companies are residents of the industrial park.
The first project was Plank Electrotechnic LLC, a plant of electrical fittings.
