Industrial Park “Fastindustry” was created in Fastiv, Kyiv region, and included in the Register of Industrial Parks on January 13, 2017.
The creation of the industrial park has been initiated by Fastiv City Council.
The management company is START-INDUSTRY Company LLC (the agreement on the creation and operation of the industrial park was signed on May 18, 2018).
The total area of the industrial park is 15 hectares. It is included in the zone where enterprises of the II class of hazard are located. They are sources of environmental pollution and require sanitary protection zones of 500-300 meters.
The period for which the industrial park is created: 30 years.
The purpose of creating the industrial park is to attract investments necessary for the development of the city, to ensure favourable conditions for the functioning and development of industrial enterprises, to increase revenues to the city budget of Fastiv and the State Budget of Ukraine.
The functional purpose of the industrial park is the production of building materials; mechanical engineering; woodworking; pharmaceutical industry; electronics and IT technologies; consumer goods and food industries.
According to the expected results of the industrial park functioning, it is planned to create about 450 new job opportunities.
The agreement on the creation and operation of the industrial park "Fastindustry", whereunder START-INDUSTRY Company LLC obtained a status of the management company, was concluded on May 18, 2018.
Currently, the organizational staffing of the management company has already been drawn up and approved. It is ready for an examination of compliance with labour protection standards. The industrial park has been popularized to attract investors. Negotiations with potential investors have been conducted to study their needs.
The Fastiv City Council approved a land management project for the allotment of a land plot for an industrial park for lease and leased it to the management company START-INDUSTRY Company LLC for a period of 30 years.The management company has divided this site into 5 parts. They will be subleased to potential members of the industrial park.
Engineering networks are not connected.Works on the preparation of design estimates for the creation of the necessary infrastructure to provide IP with energy carriers and transport routes have been started.
Preparatory works aimed to form an investment project "Construction of an electrical substation" have been conducted.
The management company has entered into a preliminary agreement on the contract for the investment project implementation aimed at the construction of a plant for the combined feed production within the industrial park in the future (approximately 5 hectares of the industrial park area) with Senda LLC, a potential member of the industrial park.
