Industrial Park “Kyivshchyna” has been created in the village of Novi Petrivtsi of Vyshhorodskyi district in Kyiv region and was included in the Register of Industrial Parks on October 25, 2017.
The creation of the industrial park has been initiated by “KYIVSHCHYNA” Industrial and Technological Park PrJSC.

The total area of the industrial park: 118.35 ha.
The period for which the industrial park is created: 30 years.
The main purpose of its creation is to create appropriate conditions for the implementation of investment projects on the industrial sites of the industrial park and to ensure the social and economic development of the territory.
The functional purpose is as follows:processing of agricultural products, consumer goods industry, production of machinery and equipment, logistics, support services.
According to the expected results of the industrial park functioning, it is planned to create about 3000 new job opportunities.
To create the necessary engineering infrastructure of the industrial park, it will be necessary to attract approximately UAH 100 million at the expense of the management company and park members.
