First Ukrainian Industrial Park was created in urban-type locality Velyka Dymerka, Brovarskyi district of Kyiv region and included in the Register of Industrial Parks on July 08, 2014.
The creation of the industrial park has been initiated by "Land Union" Limited Liability Company.
The management company is Industrial Park Management LLC.».
The period for which the industrial park is created: 40 years.
The total area of the industrial park: 105 hectares.
The purpose of creating the industrial park “First Ukrainian Industrial Park” is as follows:ensuring economic development and increasing the competitiveness of the Kyiv region; intensification of investment activity; increasing the level of employment of the population; development of modern production and market infrastructure.
The functional purpose of the industrial park is as follows:mechanical engineering and metalworking; food industry; consumer goods industry; pharmaceutical industry; microbiological industry; woodworking industry; furniture industry; printing industry; building materials industry; transport and storage facilities.
The expected total amount of investment in the development of the industrial park is USD 210 million.(UAH 1680 million ).
Depending on the type of production, technological process and the stage of the park's development, the number of jobs will be about 2,100.
Implemented projects:On September 26, 2017,the largest solar power plant (SPP) in the Kyiv region was opened within the industrial park located in the urban-type locality Velyka Dymerka, Brovarskyi district.The number of employees is 50 people.
Dymerska SPP-1 has become the first successfully implemented project of UDP Renewables (part of the UDP Group) in the field of renewable energy in Ukraine.In August 2017, the first line of this SPP with a capacity of 6 MW, consisting of 22,200 solar modules, was connected to the country's power system.In 2018, the next three stages were to be completed, and the total capacity of Dymerska SPP-1 should reach 50 MW, which corresponds to 5% of the capacity of a typical unit of a nuclear power plant.
Further development of the project is not expected.There are no reports on the operation of the industrial park in 2018-2019.
