Industrial Park “SOLTANIVKA” has been created on the territory of Soltanivka Village Council (Fastivskyi district) of Kyiv region.
The creation of the industrial park has been initiated by Samira Limited Limited Liability Company.
The total area of the industrial park is 44.6 hectares.
The period for which the industrial park is created: 50 years.
The purpose of creating Industrial Park "Soltanivka" is a provision of favourable conditions for attracting investment in the economy of the region and Fastivskyii district of Kyiv region, operation and development of industrial enterprises outside major cities, improvement of investment attractiveness of the region and local community, economic and industrial development, creation of job opportunities, increasing budget revenues at all levels, as well as a development of modern production and market infrastructure.
The functional purpose of the industrial park is as follows:
- logistics, warehousing;
- construction;
- agricultural processing;
- consumer goods industry;
- food Industry.
According to the expected results of the industrial park functioning, it is planned to create about 2862 new job opportunities.
The industrial park is adjacent to Kyiv-Odesa highway (M 05).Boryspil International Airport is 74 km away and the railway connection is 16 km away
