Non-residential building (canteen) with a total area of 749.5 sq. m.
Year of construction - 1976.
The building is of one-storey type with a complex configuration in plan. It has a typical structure for this type of canteens in the 70's. It has 6 separate entrances, forming separate groups of rooms, through arranged porches on different sides of the building, and several auxiliary entrances.
The parts of the building in the plan (according to the Technical Certificate issued by the BTI) are located chaotically.
The 1st group of rooms has the main large rooms, which can be accessed through the main entrance, a canteen room with an area of 145.7 sq. m, and a kitchen of 107.0 sq. m, with columns and a partition. This group also includes utility rooms, offices and small halls, bathrooms and vestibules.
The 2nd group of rooms also has a separate entrance and includes three rooms, one of which is a room with an area of 31.4 sq. m; the other 2 are auxiliary rooms, which are used as storage.
The 3rd group of rooms also has a separate entrance and includes 2 main large rooms - a hall with an area of 49.2 sq. m (meeting room) and 35.4 sq. m. This group also includes utility rooms, bathroom and vestibule.
4th group of rooms (with separate entrance) are boiler room.
5th and 6th groups are utility and auxiliary rooms.
The main structures of the building according to the BTI Technical Certificate are foundation made of concrete; brick walls; brick partitions; intermediate floors made of concrete; roof made of slate; doors made of metal and wood.
As to engineering networks in the building, there is electricity, water, sewerage and heating.
The object is situated on the land plot belonging to PJSC Ukraine Poultry Farm.
The boundaries of the land plot under the non-residential canteen building are not allocated separately.
