Investment proposals
Land plots that are free from any buildings where the soil has never been developed. Sometimes such plots were used for agricultural purposes in the past (for example, as pastures), but most of them are fields and wastelands that are part of urban and suburban landscapes.
Real estate facilities: property complexes and vacant premises that can be let leased or transferred to ownership of potential investors for the purpose of implementing investment projects.
