Dragon Capital , one of the largest groups of companies in Ukraine operating in the field of direct investment and financial services, has acquired the Amtel office and logistics complex.
The complex is located in the village of Belogorodka, Kyiv region and has an area of 100,208 sq.m.

“We are pleased to announce the acquisition of the 11th logistics complex in our warehouse real estate portfolio. "Amtel will be the largest facility in our portfolio, and its purchase will increase the area of warehouses under our management to 294,000 square meters on the right bank of the Dnieper, and to 391,000 square meters - in Ukraine as a whole."
