On 25 November 2021, the Department of Economics and Digitalization of Kyiv Regional State Administration organized a strategic session on creating an innovative cluster of functional food Production of innovative foods with improved consumer qualities in the field of smart specialization of the Kyiv region.
The session will be moderated by NGO Club of Economists and the Institute of Economics and Forecasting at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The event will last from 10.00 to 13.00.
The session will be attended by representatives of business, research institutions and universities, regional state administration, territorial communities, associations, trade unions.
The following issues will be considered at the event:
- formulation of the purpose of the Cluster creation;
- creation of an initiative group to manage the process of creating the cluster;
- forms of participation in the Cluster;
- discussion of the legal form of the cluster that can be selected in accordance with current legislation (public union, association, agreement on joint activities, cooperation without a legal entity, etc.);
- elaboration of general principles of foundation and organizational structure of the cluster;
- discussion of expectations of different groups of participants from the Cluster;
- definition of directions of activity of the Cluster;
- identification of sources of funding for the Cluster.
