Ukrposhta has launched an educational E-Export portal for small- and micro-size businesses

Ukrposhta has organised an educational portal for Ukrainian exporters https://e-export.ukrposhta.ua/first of all for small- and micro-size businesses who want to sell their products abroad on international online trading platforms to the end consumer directly. Acting this way, the postal operator helps Ukrainian entrepreneurs to find new markets under conditions where the whole world is experiencing the economic consequences of the pandemic. The opportunities offered by the Ukrposhta E-Export portal allow the smallest handmade traders to sell their goods abroad without spending money on opening retail outlets or representative offices in other countries.

Using an integrated platform, Ukrposhta accumulated training materials that will tell the entrepreneur how to start a business from scratch: how to choose a platform for sales, open your own shop, properly display goods, set up marketing and promotions, accept payment in Ukraine and arrange deliveries abroad. The portal contains information about the main marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Joom, Wish, as well as step-by-step instructions for working with them. A separate block with recommendations on how to set up promos for your products on popular social networks like Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.

The materials are presented in such a way as to allow entrepreneurs to open their own shops. Ukrposhta involved the best experts in Ukraine on E-Export in its training. In addition to practical recommendations, the portal will constantly post expert columns, current news about trading platforms, payments, deliveries and stories of successful entrepreneurs to motivate starting a business.

The educational portal became a logical continuation of Ukrposhta systematic work to support Ukrainian SMEs,with the work being actively carried on by the company since 2016. During this time, more than 100 online and offline events were held, which were attended by more than 20,000 Ukrainian entrepreneurs.
