According to the fifth part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "On Industrial Parks", the order of the Ministry of Economy from 25.02.2021 № 387 industrial park "E40 Industrial Park", included in the Register of industrial (industrial) parks, located in Kolonshchina village council Kyiv region.
The total area of the industrial park is 48.53 hectares.
The term for which the object is created is 30 years.
The functional purpose of the industrial park is as follows:
❇️transport, warehousing;
❇️production of high-tech products and products with high added value.
It is expected to create about 2 thousand new jobs.
The activity of E40 IndustrialPark is an opportunity to attract investments into the economy of the region and Bucha district of Kyiv region, operation and development of industrial enterprises outside major cities, improving the investment attractiveness of the region and local community, intensifying economic and industrial development, creating new jobs, growth revenues to the budgets of all levels, as well as the development of modern production and market infrastructure.
